Invada Records have announced a boxset for Stranger Things is being released this July.
Although it seems like there are already around 100 variants of the soundtracks on vinyl (have you seen the glow in the dark release? it's pretty cool) it seems it just isn't enough and so this July you can get your hands on a boxset full of Stranger Things goodies.
The boxset will be available for pre-order April 3rd and contains:
- Volume one and Volume two double LPs pressed on "flashlight splatter" coloured vinyl ( 4 discs )
- Deluxe heavyweight sleeves with brand new artwork / printed inserts with sleeve-notes by the shows creators "the Duffer bros" & composers "Kyle Dixon & Michael Stein"
- 2 fold out posters
- 10 individual collectors cards each featuring characters from the show.
The box itself hasn't yet been revealed but either way i'll be pre-ordering this! The set isn't limited edition as it will be a timed release meaning that everyone who pre-orders it will get it but once pre-orders close, it won't be available again.
Lakeshore Records will be releasing both volumes seperately but will still inslude the additional extras with each vinyl.
