These Seven Spooky Things should keep you well spooked from April 27th to May 3rd.
Check out this weeks activities below:
As so many of us have a lot of free time lately, we're all catching up jobs around the house and one of those jobs might be to clear out your wardrobe.
If that's the case then you'll love todays project! Using old shirts you can make these no-sew Pumpkins! All you need is an old shirt, some twine and some stuffing.
They're really easy to make and also a nice quick project too. I have actually made these myself with a few shirts I came across in a charity shop a few years ago and years later I still have them and put them out each year as decorations.

Todays we're making cocktails! This one is definitely not for the kids although you could substitute alcohol for a child friendly substitutes and make little mock-tails.
You might already have most of the ingredients for these cocktails in the house so you hopefully won't be needing to make a shopping trip (or add it to your list for next time). The cocktails have the colours of fall and the black sugar rim really does add a nice spooky touch.

I love this make, it's quick, simple and a lot of fun! All you need are some paper/plastic cups and a set of fairy lights.
Using the same amount of cups to bulbs, draw spooky little faces on your cups. Maybe go with different Jack'o Lantern faces or if your cups are white little ghost faces.
Make a hole in the top that isn't too big that they fall off your lights but wide enough for you to push the cup over them without it slipping right off and there you go! Hang these lights around the house or if you're using battery powered lights why not hang them in a bush or tree in your garden and relax in the evening?

If you have a bunch of spare picture frames then now is the time to use them. With a printer and spray paint you can easily make these fun silhouette wall pictures for your home.
What I like most about these is that they're so simple and not just for Halloween. They would look great in your haunted home all year long.

Friday night this week is movie night and this weeks film is the popular Scary Stories To Tell In The Dark!
The film was realease last year (2019) and although it wasn't a huge success it did earn enough to warrant a sequel which was recently announce to be given the go ahead!
Based on the popular short story series of the same name. The film follows a group of kids who stumble across a book that filled with short scary stories. When the stories start coming to life and also writing themselves it's up to them to try and stop whoever or whatever is behind the book before it's too late.
It's the weekend! So let's get baking and what better thing to make today then Candy Corn Mini Cheesecakes!
If you don't have actual Candy Corns for the decoration then it's no big deal but you will need food colouring for them to get those Candy Corn colour layers.
These are a lot of fun to make and also look so, so cute! They'll definitely be fun to make with kids or just by yourself and taste great.

The last day of the week is here and to end the week we're going to make Halloween sun catchers.
They're really easy to make and you can make them exactly how you want them. The spookier the better! You will once again most likely have a lot of the materials required to make these already around the house and if not you can easy substitute and still get the same great effect!
