Happy New Year to you all!

This year i'm starting a new monthly feature where I will be sharing ten spooky finds that i've come across over the past few weeks.

These finds will be from all kinds of different businesses and will include links for you to grab the products featured right here.

So let's kick start the year with these ten spooky treats!

Harvest-time Hanger From 16 Bits Of Glass

Picture
If like me, you're a HUGE fan of Over The Garden Wall then this one is definitely for you. These Sun Catchers are handmade and feature Enoch!

They're also available in four different styles. Each one is made using glass, copper foiled solder and finished with rope tassels.

There really are a must for any fan and thats a rock fact!

Grab one yourself right HERE.

Ghost Art Print From Naomi Paints Store

Picture
Although it's still very much the first few weeks of winter, i'm sure some of you are missing Autumn (I know I am), so when I came across this print recently I knew I had to share it.

Not only does it feature a sweet little ghost but it has such lovely autumnal vibes that I think I could happily stare at this for hours.

This print is available in three different sizes and you can get your hands on one right HERE.

Scream Themed Cold Cup From Planchette Place

Picture
Scream or Scream 5 (as it should be called) is out next week and while I was searching for all of the previews for the latest film, I came across this cup.

It features Ghost Face in all his glory along with dripping blood and the line "What's your favourite scary movie?" on the back.

This would be such a cool cup to take to the cinema with you next week or just to show off your love for one of the greatest slasher franchises ever created.

Grab yours right HERE.

Trick 'r Treat Patches from Zombunny Designs

Picture
Trick 'r Treat will always be a favourite Halloween film of mine and so this  patch from Zombunny Designs just had to be included in this list.

The patch is available in either an iron-on or stitch-on design and measures approximately 3.5 inches.

If patches aren't really your thing though, you're in luck! You can also get your hands on embroidered hanging decorations instead. I actually purchased the hanging decorations last year and can 100% confirm they are amazing and definitely a must for any TrT fan.

Grab the patch right HERE or the hanging decorations HERE.

Ghost Cat Earrings From Alleycats Craft

Picture
Everyone loves a ghost but what people seem to love more is a ghost cat and these earrings are purrrrfect for spooky cat lovers!

Created by Alleycats Craft, these laser cut earrings are made from acrylic and features two adorable little black cats.

If cat's are not your thing though, you can also pick up Spiderweb earrings, Bat earrings, Skull earrings and heaps of other treats from the store.

Grab a pair of earrings right HERE.

Boo Babe Mousepad From Cassandra Dunn ART

Picture
Ghosts are definitely a theme with this months product post and this mousepad from Cassandra Dunn Art is brilliant.

Featuring a sweet little ghost with.... cushioned boo-bies (this honestly cracked me up), this mousepad will not only keep you spooky but it'll keep your wrist well supported too.

Cassandra Dunn creates all kinds of different spooky pin-up designs and she's constantly adding new treats, so be sure to check out the rest of her store and grab a mousepad right HERE.

Strawberries and Scream Cereal from Cereal Killer

Picture
Another Scream product for you and this one is truly unique!
Cereal Killer have announced a UK exclusive official Scream cereal which is aptly named Strawberries and Scream.

The limited edition cereal is available now to pre-order and you can also win a private screening of the the new film for you and your friends.

What's more, the box is also listed as  being the first ever talking cereal box too! Which makes me want to grab a box for curiosity alone.

You can pre-order a box right HERE.

Halloween High-Tops From Little Shop Of Gore

Picture
Halloween Kills is released on Dvd/Blu Ray this month and if you're excited to check out the film at home (and also all the special features) then these high-tops are for you!

They're made by Little Shop of Gore and are made using lightweight nylon canvas, so they'll be super comfy. You can also pick these up in both mens and women's  sizes.

If you haven't checked out LSOG before then where have you been? They have SO MANY awesome treats that will fill your spooky little heart.

Grab mens high-tops HERE and women's high tops HERE.

Candy Corn Heart Air Freshener From Dulce Calaveritas

Picture
Valentines Day is next month (or Valloween as us spooky folk call it) and whether you love it or hate it, you can't deny that this Candy Corn Heart Air Freshener isn't cute!

The air freshener has a candy scent and features a super happy-to-be-here Jack o Lantern face. This design is also available as a sticker too.

I know I would be very happy to receive this on February 14th.

You can grab one of these right HERE.

The Headless Horseman Tavern Hoodie From
Hollow Hill Apparel

Picture
The Headless Horseman came to slay last Halloween and seemed to be on the top of so many spooky folks want lists, so you'll be pleased to know that Hollow Hill Apparel have released a whole range of Horseman products.

Their original Headless Horseman design is available on shirts, a hoodie and even a beer stein.

The hoodie features their original design on the back with a embroidered pumpkin on the front. To finish it off, the hood is lined orange inside and has an orange zip too.

Check out the whole range right HERE.

Picture
Missing Halloween and the month of October? Me too! So from now until Halloween, each week they'll be a new 'Seven Spooky Things' post to ensure you can add a bit of Halloween to your day 365 days a year.

These Seven Spooky Things should keep you well spooked from June 1st to June 7th.

Last month each week had a theme and although we're now into a new month, we're going to kick start it off with a bonus theme week! And this weeks final theme is Vintage Halloween.

Check out all of this weeks daily tasks below:

Picture
Monday

Let's start the week with a five minute make. This is really simple to make and also looks great. These vintage style Halloween nut cups would look great amongst your vintage collection or for your next Halloween party.

Based on original nut cups, these printable cups can be used for all kinds of things. What's more is that the printable to make these is completely free.

Check out all the steps and your free download right here.

Tuesday

Your next make for this week is this vintage style Black Cat Trinket Box. It will take a little patience to put together but with that being said, it's very easy to make and the finished product is brilliant.

Imagine giving these out with little gifts inside at your next party or even adding a little touch of Halloween to Christmas? The box alone is a gift so to include something inside would make it extra special.

Find out everything you need and how to make these wonderful little boxes right here.

Wednesday

Today we're making paper dolls and these are sure to be a lot of fun with the kids too. Created using vintage Beistle designs, these free paper dolls will make a great Halloween decoration for your home. You could also make them in different sizes and make them into little hanging decorations too.

Or just print off loads and make your own paper doll army. Whatever you decide to do with them, get started with all the details and your free printable right here.

Thursday

One thing that you cannot deny is a true Halloween classic is the Halloween mask. Whether they're made from fabric, paper, card, plastic or even metal, Halloween masks have been a staple of this spooky holiday for as long as it's existed.

Thankfully By Gone Theatre has put together a whole bunch of different Halloween mask designs that you can download and print to make your own Halloween decorations. Maybe even use them as gift tags for presents or for making small hanging decorations?

Check out all of the designs and printables right here.

Picture
Friday

You might be able to make todays creation with a small amount of things around the house, if not a visit to your nearest craft store is a must as today you can make these wooden vintage style Halloween cubes.

Each side has a unique design so you can change them around as much as you like and also put them out year after year until they become vintage by themselves!

Find out all of the ins and outs of how to make these right here.

Picture
Saturday

Your final vintage style make for this week is this Countdown to Halloween wall plaque. What I really like about this is the use of a black peg as a bat but also a chalk holder, it's such a simple idea but one that works really well.

What's more is that although the instructions for this are tailored to this particular design, why not change it up a little and create your own unique Halloween design?

Find out all of the details right here.

Picture
Sunday

It's the last day of the week and let's be honest, if you've managed to make everything this week then a break is definitely in order.

So to end the week we're not going to watch a film but instead a short series and this week's Movie Night or Series Night (as it's more appropriate) will be the wonderful Over The Garden Wall.

Released in 2014 by Cartoon Network, the show has quickly developed a cult status and was only released for the first time ever in the UK this year on dvd and blu ray. The story follows two brothers who become lost in the woods and must find their way home. It features many dark twists and turns with odd moments of adult humour.

Now the reason I have chosen this specific show for vintage week is because it actually has quite a few vintage Halloween elements throughout the show, from the cute but creepy pumpkin people to actual vintage decorations that are scene in later episodes of the show. Each episode is only around 10-12 minutes each so you can finish this show in a day, but it is definitely one that hopefully will become a new favourite.
